Delivery Policy
When can i get my shopping delivered?
All order will be sent on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Once order confirmation received from customer, it will take minimum 1 day to deliver to you based on the above delivery time frame.
If order fall on weekend, we will deliver it on the following monday.
What are the delivery instructions i give used for ?
If you have any specific instructions on your order, please state it clearly in your checkout page – order notes.
For example, call first before delivery or deliver in a specific time frame.
This will be very helpful to our customer service when deliver goods to your premise.
How much the service charge for delivery ?
- All purchased online below RM 100, will be charged RM 10 for the delivery charges.
- Above RM 100, delivery charges will be waived.

If i stayed out of Johor Bahru districts, can i purchased your seafood online ?
- You can purchased our goods via online if you can collect your goods at our shop.
- If you are staying in KL / Penang, we can arrange the logistics service provider to deliver the goods to you subject for cold chain logistics service charge.
